Gotta be 4 years ago now, but I had summers on my E90M3 had to drive home in a snow storm and it was white knuckles the whole way until I got stuck on a hill and had to reverse drift into a parking lot. Hiked the last two miles.

I get high centered around 8", that being said if you are lucky other cars and trucks will beat down a path and you can just “follow the tracks”.

You got chains? They suck to use but would certainly keep the car moving.

I tried to put my snows on last time I was home but the lug studs refused to come loose so I could put the snows on. I decided going to a track day was more fun than continuing to fight with lugs.

I’m in the same boat. My tire guy was having issues getting rims that would fit the Brembos, so I’m stuck on summers too.

Now I have to choose - BRZ on summers, or partially-condemned Optra.

Maybe it’s a train day.
